Description
Dar Gabriel is a beautifully restored charming Riad-hotel in Chefchaouen, in the north of Morocco, with seven air-conditioned rooms all adjoining.On the ground floor is a lounge heated by a wood stove, a restaurant-sized kitchen and an intimate dining room unified by the exact and simple geometry of the square Riad space.
Four bedrooms on the upper floor are connected by a cedar landing leading to the Riad and the fountain, and up to three levels of terraces, three other bedrooms, another kitchen and a relaxation area.The views from the top of the Riad are the mixture of medina roofs with the pine and cedar Rif mountains that rise behind the city, their ridges and valleys bending into the far south and west.
